On time ... actually a minute or so early. Explained what they were going to do and how much time it would take. Very friendly and personable. When job was done walked me through what they had done inside and outside. Showed me how to change the filter. Very happy with installation..... and now I have a nice cool house again. :)

We asked Level 9 for a bid on installing a Mini Split system in our weekend cabin. They arrived on time which we really appreciated. They were knowledgeable and professional as they walked through the cabin and answered our questions thoroughly. We are currently waiting for the price estimate and will seriously consider hiring Level 9 if the price is competitive. Thank you!

We have used Level 9 Heating and Cooling since they took over Jim's Heating and Cooling a few years ago. We have two geothermal heating and cooling systems which require the absolute best technicians. Robbie Ketcherside has done a fantastic job servicing our geothermal units. We would not want any one else working on them. We recently had to replace our 24-year old 5 ton unit. Robbie and Adam went above and beyond to install our new system. Extremely thorough and professional. We highly recommend Level 9 Heating and Cooling.

All I have to say about this place is that it is the go to and one of the most amazing businesses I've ever had help from. My A/C unit went out yesterday June 17th and they were completely booked today June 18th. I told them about my young child and my health condition that makes me sensitive to heat. They were so phenomenal and got me in today and got my air back up and running. I want to thank Tim Miller so much for his help and Level 9 for being so caring! I didn't have to go a whole other night of pain and no sleep because of my condition.

Adam has been to our house multiple times and we used to have Steve out as well. Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind and professional. They’ve always been able to either fix but we have happening or be honest that it’s not worth fixing if we shouldn’t waste the money on it. We appreciate them very much!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Came out to look at our unit because the fan wasn’t working, and I signed up for their service plan! They were able to replace my fan motor, and 2 capacitors on site and complete the service today! Unit working like new! Friendly, fast, extremely knowledgeable! Pricing was really good too!
